Niulife Certified Organic Coconut Sugar is an unrefined sweetener made from certified organic coconut blossom nectar, offering a natural caramel flavour and brown colour.

The nectar is gently heated to remove moisture, allowing it to thicken, crystallise and be ground into fine granules.

It can be used as a 1:1 replacement for regular sugar across a wide range of food manufacturing applications including bakery products, beverages and dry blends.
