Shipping & Returns FAQ

Orders placed before 2pm (on business days) we move and shake to get them all dispatched that same day. Any orders that don’t meet this cut off are popped in the schedule for the following business day. 

On rare scenarios, it takes a touch longer. You will be sent email tracking updates on your parcel. 

If there is a ‘pre-order’ item in your basket, your full order will be shipped in the first available post when the pre-ordered item hits our warehouse. 

Our warehouse queen and team are phenomenal. Breakages are rare and less than 1%, however if this does happen to you and please reach out to us.

I write this with total pride, we have less than 0.02% in breakages! The packing kings and queens take such pride with your orders. On the very rare occasion this has happened / you have received a mistake / you are missing an item; please reach out as soon as possible and we will fix this up for you. We are happy to support you in any way we can. Agreed returns (some may not – sale items for example) must be back in the post, winging its way back to us within 7 days of you receiving your parcel. Tracking details sent to us and it arrives in perfect, resalable condition. Our standards are very high for the products that get sent to you, we expect the same respect in return. If the returns to not meet these standards, a refund will not be issued. Cost of shipping for change of mind is up to the customer, as well as original shipping fee will not be refunded.
