    How much does a membership cost? 

    Membership is priced at $7.95 for 12 monthly payments = $89.95 for the year. Or you can pay for the year upfront = $74.95 getting you two months for free. This will give you exclusive member ongoing discounts, on products and postage, monthly giveaways, access to live chats.

    How do I cancel my membership?

    If you would like to cancel your enrolment and discontinue, we will be sad to see you go but feel free to contact us at info(@)jivita.com.au. We'll process your request promptly.

    *Please note – the cancellation is only valid after the current subscription has ended. 

    Can I cancel my membership at any time? 

    Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time however, the twelve month membership, whether you pay monthly or for the year up front, is non-refundable.
