1. Are all your products low-toxic?

Yes, all our products are low in toxins. We have a mission to be open, honest and transparent with you so that you can make well informed decisions. We do the research and check all the ingredients in every single product we share with you. We are proud of what we do and only stock products with ingredients that meet our strict criteria and values. If you have questions or comments about any ingredient, we would love to hear from you.

2. Do you only supply Australian-made products?

Our aim is to supply local products as much as possible. We want to support our local businesses first and foremost. However, not all our products are Australian-made as there are some ripper products made overseas that we love sharing with you. Have any suggestions? Head to our stockist inquiry form.

3. How much is delivery?

We have a flat rate of $6.95 for orders up to $99. For orders over $99, shipping is free. If you would like us to send your order express post, delivery is $10.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to New Zealand

5. How do you package my order?

One of our ultimate goals here at Jivita is to be a fully sustainable company. Please select the pre-loved packaging option in checkout and jump on board our sustainable wagon. We will recycle boxes, packages and wrapping whilst ensuring that your package arrives safely. The package may not look new and perfect, but it will be contributing to looking after our mother earth.

6. Do you have a rewards program

Unfortunately, not at this stage but not for long, it is coming soon.

7. Do you support any charities?

This is high on our priority list as we believe that it is important to give back to our community. Once we have found our feet, we will be supporting projects that are in align with our ethics and values. We would particularly love to support businesses affected by the Australian bushfires and support charities that promote the education of girls. Can’t wait to get involved more.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been placed online, it cannot be cancelled. Please use the contact us page for any questions.

9. What is your processing time for orders?

We try to process all our orders within 24 to 36 hours.
