1. Are all your products no/low-toxic?
We’re unapologetically selective with what lands on Jivita’s shelves. Every product is thoroughly researched and vetted to meet our high standards; because your health deserves the best, not just what's trending. We scrutinise ingredients (and their suppliers), and only share products that align with our strict values around wellness, ethics, and integrity. Keeping tabs on any changes is a component of this effort too.
We’re also constantly learning, evolving, and levelling up. For example, we currently have tested 23 samples of collagen, because transparency matters. What we found was deeply disappointing, hence why we only have one brand of bovine collagen on Jivita at the moment.

2. Do you only supply Australian-made products?
We prioritise Aussie-made whenever possible because we believe in supporting local legends. But some standout, high-quality products from overseas just need to be shared — they’re too good to gatekeep. If you know of something phenomenal that aligns with our vibe and values, feel free to suggest it to is via our email: info@jivita.com.au.
3. How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and your cart total. See shipping and delivery for further details.
Keep an eye out for our first-time customer code, you’ll get a cheeky discount when you subscribe to our newsletter.
4. Do you ship internationally?
We sure do — New Zealand, we’ve got you covered! For all other countries, we’re open to making magic happen. Just reach out via our Contact Us page and we’ll whip up a custom shipping quote for you.
5. How do you package my order?
Sustainability is in our bones (and our boxes). We use up ‘pre-loved’ packaging first, delivered to us by our many beloved suppliers. Then we utilise our fully compostable packaging to wrap your conscious goodies to get them to you as fast as possible.
Any plastic found in Jivita’s parcels are ‘pre-loved’, rather than move it to land fill we reuse and up-cycle everything we can.
6. Do you have a rewards program?
Yes — and it's better than a points card collecting dust in your wallet.

7. Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, there’s a good chance we can catch it, so don’t wait, contact us ASAP via our Contact Us page. Once your goodies have left our hands, cancellations off the table... but returns might be possible depending on the product and condition.
Either way, reach out and we’ll do our best to help. We're real people behind the scenes, and we care about making things right.
8. What’s your processing time?
Orders usually leave our (eco-conscious) hands within 24–48 hours. We’re pretty zippy, but on slim occasions (think sales, public holidays, or wild weather), there may be a slight delay.
If your parcel hasn’t shipped within this window, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’re here to help and will look into it straight away.
