The perfect addition to a healthy lunchbox. This banana bread mix is super easy to make and tastes delicious.

There are no refined white flours or sugars in this mix, instead we’ve added nutrient dense organic sunflower meal, organic flaxseeds, organic chia seeds, organic buckwheat flour and brown rice flour. No nuts have been added to this mix, making it suitable for lunchboxes.

All you need to do is add 3 bananas, 2 eggs and some olive oil, mix and bake!

This package will create 1 loaf.

Catherine loves to add her flare to the bread mix, by adding fresh herbs, goat’s cheese and sundried tomatoes.

Kirsty loves turning up to birthdays with a healthy alternative for an impressive cake. Her fav’ being the vanilla cake mix with the luscious lemon spread used as icing. YUMFREAKINGO! O and the pancakes… O MY! Ok, I’m hungry now… off to make pancakes, that are healthy!!!!
