YANDINA APOTHECA Billy’s Bush Native Black Tea 110g

If you are a lover of Black tea, or simply a lover of Herbal tea and wish you could enjoy a black tea with a drop of honey then this is the tea for you (because the Aussie natives featured in this tea bring such beautiful herbal notes.)

Billy’s Bush tea is named after Ashley's (Yandina creator) youngest son Billy who steals her black tea every morning. The base features 2 types of a Ceylon black from a biodynamic plantation she has personally spent time at many many moons ago. Orange Pekoe is the highest grade leaf from black tea production, and broken orange pekoe ensures a punchier brew. She combines the best of two works for black tea. 

There is one whole Vanilla bean hand cut and blended through each bag, and grown in North Queensland organically. 

The hero of this blend is Strawberry gum leaf which carries the most incredible smell and flavour with hints of berries and herbs and the Australian Bush. 

Roasted Wattle seeds bring a nutty, coffee / umami like flavour to the brew to remind you that a black tea can be just as good as a coffee at 6am. Nice and strong. 

Best served with a drop of local honey and black HOWEVER it has been tested with all milks and is equally delicious, you can enjoy this blend any way you like. Honey or maple is a must - just trust me.
