A gold medal winner at the Royal Hobart Show 2018, this premium tallow is sourced from the suet (kidney fat) of free-to-roam, 100% grass-fed cows reared on seasonal Tasmanian soils.

This beef tallow is firm but silky and will become an everyday ingredient in your cooking with a large variety of uses that enhances the taste of your dishes.

Beef Tallow is ideal for deep frying due to its high smoke point of approx. 200 degrees.

    Makes the best chips!

    We’ve used this tallow in a number of things from soups, stews and even stirfry. But our favourite way was to make homemade chips! With its wonderful stable heat point and leaving a wonderful taste to the chips - it was a winner in our house!

    High quality product.

    Very high quality product. I'm using it combined with fractionated coconut oil & essential oils as a body moisturiser!! It leaves my skin supple & I've since had a few compliments!
