How to Use

Mix ½ – 1 ½ teaspoons of Activated Charcoal in ½ cup of water and drink.
To help treat an external ailment, mix ½ – 1 ½ teaspoons of Activated Charcoal with a small amount of water to form a paste and apply.

    Remember to take this 2 hours either side of anything that you want your body to absorb. Powerful binder.
