my organic PHGG is a low-FODMAP, water-soluble fibre powder made from Sunfiber®. It is gentle, tasteless and water-soluble designed to support healthy digestion, regularity, and microbial balance. Derived from guar beans and enzymatically processed to lower viscosity and improve tolerability, making it suitable for sensitive individuals.
