This blend includes herbs such as withania, fennel, cinnamon and bacopa, traditionally used to support digestion, mental clarity, circulation and the nervous system.

We both use the loose leave but if you’re a fan of the tea bag this too, is superior. Made from compostable plant starch, this mesh will not put unwanted chemicals in your tea or the planet. The box is completely compost friendly too!!! Recycled cardboard and non-toxic paint, LOVE LOVE LOVE, LoveTea!

Brewing

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot orinfuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
