This blend includes herbs such as siberian ginseng, turmeric, ginger and cinnamon, traditionally used to stimulate and support stamina and vitality.

We both use the loose leave but if you’re a fan of the tea bag this too, is superior. Made from compostable plant starch, this mesh will not put unwanted chemicals in your tea or the planet. The box is completely compost friendly too!!! Recycled cardboard and non-toxic paint, LOVE LOVE LOVE, LoveTea!

Brewing

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C – 85°C and allow to infuse for 3 – 5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
