Palate - Luna de Fresa is light and clean on the palate, expressing characters of boiled lollies, rhubarb and pomegranate. With beautifully balanced acidity, this Rosé lingers on the palate elevating the mouthfeel and richness of the wine.

Food Pairing - Try Luna de Fresa with a grilled salmon and a Mediterranean salad of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and olives.
