We tested and re-tested this baking mix to make sure they created perfect brownies every single time. Like all of our other mixes, this product is made with the best quality ingredients, no refined sugars, flavours or other nasty ingredients.

Make sure you follow our tips below on how to create the perfect brownies!

  • Use the right size brownie tin, 20cm x 20cm.
  • Don’t over bake your brownie, check yours at 25 minutes and don’t bake longer than 30 minutes

RECIPE IDEA: RASPBERRY & WHITE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Make your brownie mix as per the packet instructions. Then add 100g fresh raspberries and ¼ cup white chocolate chips, mix gently until combined. Bake these brownies for 35-40 minutes.

 

Organic coconut palm sugar, organic dark chocolate chips [organic raw cacao paste, organic coconut sugar, organic cacao butter, cacao solids 64%], almond meal, organic tapioca flour, cocoa powder, organic buckwheat flour, organic brown rice flour, organic coconut flour, Himalayan salt and baking powder.

Kirsty loves turning up to birthdays with a healthy alternative for an impressive cake. Her fav’ being the vanilla cake mix with the luscious lemon spread used as icing. YUMFREAKINGO! O and the pancakes… O MY! Ok, I’m hungry now… off to make pancakes, that are healthy!!!!
