They're clean and natural, with no sugar alcohols or artificial thickeners and fillers. They don't use dates which means they're very low sugar, low carb, with plenty of protein from collagen (a tasteless, environmentally friendly protein source) and healthy fats from nuts to keep you full for longer.

    Ok

    Not a huge fan of the flavour or texture of this one, just quite bland and powdery. But I do like this brand and love the protein amount and ingredients
