This classic droëwors flavour is a traditional recipe but made with wild kangaroo and organic grass-fed beef brisket.

With coriander seed and black pepper being the primary flavours, this spice is a crowd favourite.

Ingredients

Wild kangaroo (>60%), organic grass-fed & finished Australian beef brisket, gluten-free white vinegar, coriander seeds, sea salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, cloves and collagen casing.
