Olive Green gluten free, organic pasta is made in Bolivia from a simple blend of tasty Andean grains and rice grown in next-door Argentina. It is made at a certified fair trade, ethical processing facility that employs a high percentage of women, supports new mothers in the workplace and runs a program to employ people with disabilities.

‘Gluten Free’ the buzz word of 2019. This seemingly simple phrase opened up a huge can of worms. Like every other industry, businesses try to figure out how to introduce a product thinking about their bottom line rather than putting out a product that serves humankind and their gut lining.
Not only will you not be able to taste the difference between this pasta and ‘normal’ gluten pasta, but you get to keep your gut bugs too!
Thank you Olive Green Organics, for bringing epic pasta days back into our lives.

Although my son is on to the flavour difference from plain wheat pasta (I’ll keep trying) the rest of the family likes this.
