We need to have a serious chat about breakfast. Specifically, why so many of us skip it (guilty!) or grab something that leaves us hungry 10 minutes later. If you’re over the mid-morning energy crash and looking for brekkie ideas that are actually satisfying, packed with protein, and don’t taste like sadness—welcome, you’re in the right place.

I’ve been testing some gems, and let me tell you—I was not ready for how good these turned out. Whether you’re into savoury, sweet, or ‘oops, I ate it straight from the bag,’ I’ve got you covered. Let’s dig in.

These little flavour bombs are everything you want in a breakfast: protein-packed, easy to meal prep, and so delicious you’ll forget they’re also good for you.

Bacon-Wrapped Egg Muffins (GF, DF & Protein-Packed)

These little protein bombs are perfect for meal prep, easy to grab on busy mornings, and packed with nutrients to keep you full and energised. Plus, they help use up those last bits of veggies hanging out in your fridge—no waste, just deliciousness!

Ingredients:

✅ 6 eggs (pasture-raised if possible—your body will thank you)
✅ 6 slices of bacon (get the good stuff, no seed oils!)
✅ ½ cup fresh spinach, chopped
✅ ½ small capsicum, finely diced
✅ ¼ small onion, finely diced
✅ ½ tsp smoked paprika and the same of dried oregano
Salt & pepper to taste
Bonus veggies: Any extras in your fridge—mushrooms, zucchini, cherry tomatoes… toss ‘em in!

Instructions:

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a muffin tin or use silicone liners.
