Why not make a paste?
Making a paste would be far less time consuming and easier, however they do not wish to alter the natural state of their broth by reducing or adding artificial thickeners. They maintain maximum natural nutrients so there is never any need to add extras to boost the benefits. This has enabled higher protein and amino acid contents in our bone broth.
