When you take magnesium in the morning, it supports brain function and stress response throughout the day. In the evening, high doses of magnesium promote relaxation and may help with sleep. It is better to take mineral supplements, such as magnesium, on an empty stomach because you will absorb it more efficiently. However, some people experience upset stomach, so they take it with food.

    Bioptimizers Magnesium capsules

    I find that Bioptimizers Magnesium works well, I find my muscles relaxing after doing strenuous exercise and have been sleeping more soundly. I just have to remember to take it well before bedtime to allow it to kick in

    Amazing for sleep!

    Trialling for another 3 mths

    I was'nt sure about after the first 3 months supply so decided to go again. Not really sure if I feel any different will decide by the end.

    If you're not feeling anything, a few suggestions; firstly cycle, perhaps alternate days or on days where you may have experienced heighten stress, trained, drank coffee or feeling a little below par. Taking days off on 'sunday' like days. Secondly, take about 30-60 minutes before bed to increase your chances of a deepened sleep.
