    Great supplement

    I constantly suffer with iron levels that drop and wanted to take a natural supplement to assist in getting my iron levels up. The beauty of this product is that I can stay on it. I take it separately to daily calcium as taking calcium together with iron enhancers can be counter productive. I love it in yoghurt, but this combination is one of the counter productive ones, so I take it in orange juice. I can tell my iron levels are up as I have far more energy and I’m not feeling sleepy during the day and this happened virtually overnight.

    So happy i found this stable for my daily diet

    This blend is one of a kind, i have been mixing it in with my oats and berries in the morning and finding it very tasty. It keeps me full and doesn't bloat me like some other supplements.

    Can feel the difference, but struggle with the taste

    I think this is a great product for supplementation and believe I can feel the difference, but I really struggle to drink it and I cannot disguise the taste even if I mix with other things. Will try the capsules.
