Yandina Sweet Ginger & Lemon
Meet Sweet Ginger. You’ll never meet a more refreshing, zingy and potent tea.
This classic combo of lemon and ginger has been recreated with all things apotheca in mind. Certified organic herbs, rich in antioxidants and antimicrobials, whole roots and leaves, native superfoods, homegrown organic lemons cut and dried by my own hand (seasonally available of course).
A highly medicinal brew of Ginger root, Lemon Myrtle, Kakadu Plum (gubinge), Meyer Lemon flesh and rind, Lemongrass and enough Licorice root to soothe mucous membranes in a sore throat, and sweeten up this blend to make it pop.
We all need extra Vitamin C which is where the homegrown organic lemons and Kakadu Plum come into it for rich, Whole, C in its purest form.
Brew 95 degree filtered water and 3 heaped teaspoons for a big pot (500ml) of goodness.
To infuse overnight, add 2-3 heaped dessert spoons into a 1L glass bottle. Add cold or 60 degree water and leave in the fridge 12 hours.
