Giving up the bottle is as easy as 1,2,3

1 ~ Wet hair & gently squeeze out excess water. Slide the bar several times along the lengths of hair.

2 ~ As conditioner: Put the bar down & distribute through hair with fingertips or a wide-toothed comb. Leave for 1-2 min, then rinse.

3 ~ As a co-wash: gently massage the scalp to ensure dirt & oils are removed. Rinse well. Repeat if desired. We highly recommend using a foaming shampoo (such as Professor Curl) once every 3-4 weeks to prevent the risk of fungal infections.
