These delicate sun dried (medium sized) moist crystals remain unwashed and completely natural with nothing added and nothing removed. Harvested manually without any mechanical manipulation.

The original SALT of the EARTH Coarse Celtic Sea Salt is 100% natural and Chemical free. Harvested by hand in France as it has been done for over 1,000 years. Fully mineralised moist sea salt is of the highest potency containing minerals and natural trace elements essential to the body’s daily needs.

The good salt breaks down the complex carbohydrates of grains and vegetables for better digestion. Fully mineralised natural salt does not create thirst and assists in hydration.

Moist coarse Sea Salt crystals are best stored in natural clay or wooden containers that allow the salt to “breathe”.

    Great for hydration

    I bought this to put in my water and it does a wonderful job stopping the jittery weirdness when it's a hot day or I've not hydrated enough. A bit too course I would say to use in cooking as it doesn't break up well but would be delightful on savoury toasts!

    Celtic Salt

    I love the Celtic Salt. I place a couple of grains of it on my tongue and let it absorb then drink a glass of water. It goes to where it’s needed.
