EverPure is best enjoyed one of two ways;

1. Add 1 teaspoon to a large glass of cold water, and stir thoroughly.

2. Add 1 teaspoon to your favourite smoothie mix (and let your blender do the work!)

For optimal results, we recommend taking 1 teaspoon of EverPure daily.

Pro Tip: If you leave your glass of EverPure to sit for a few minutes, it will start to "thicken", so you might want to drink it straight away if you prefer a regular liquid texture.

The thickening process is mostly due to the Psyllium Husk, which is an amazing source of soluble fiber. This is also what happens as you digest EverPure - which is why it's so effective for supporting healthy bowels!
