Starting out can be daunting but once you start on the medicinal mushrooms/adaptogens journey, you won’t look back.
If you’re a newbie, how much do you take? Start small and build up. Listen to how your body responds. Start by adding ¼ teaspoon to your coffee for a week, increase to ½ teaspoon for the next week and build up to 1 teaspoon a day.
But you can be more imaginative than just adding them to your coffee. The list is never-ending. Have some fun introducing them into your diet; experiment by incorporating them into your everyday cooking:

- Beauty Blend to coconut panna cotta
- Ashwagandha to walnut cookies
3. Breakfast dishes:
- Qi to porridge
- Longevity Mushrooms to chia pudding

4. Drinks:
