Have you bought some Lion’s Mane and it’s still sitting in the pantry – unopened? Are you wondering how to use it or what to do with it? Let’s get our creative juices flowing and start dancing with shrooms, adaptogens and herbs.

Starting out can be daunting but once you start on the medicinal mushrooms/adaptogens journey, you won’t look back.

If you’re a newbie, how much do you take? Start small and build up. Listen to how your body responds. Start by adding ¼ teaspoon to your coffee for a week, increase to ½ teaspoon for the next week and build up to 1 teaspoon a day.

But you can be more imaginative than just adding them to your coffee. The list is never-ending. Have some fun introducing them into your diet; experiment by incorporating them into your everyday cooking:

1. Savoury main meals (add between 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon):

2. Sweet dishes:

  • Shen to chocolate brownies
  • Lion’s Mane to chocolate berry cake
  • Cordyceps to muesli bars
  • MSM to vanilla muffins
  • Beauty Blend to protein balls
  • Mason’s mushrooms to carrot cake
  • Beauty Blend to coconut panna cotta
  • Ashwagandha to walnut cookies

3. Breakfast dishes:

4. Drinks:

  • Immunity blend to a cup of stock
  • Adrenal Tonic to a cup of tea
  • Shen to hot chocolate
  • Reishi to a smoothie
  • Pearl to a milkshake

See, it’s easy peasy!
